Note: You have 14 calendar days from receipt to claim a full refund. Outside of this period, we will not be able to process a full refund. If you wish to receive the items back, you will be responsible for return shipping costs to your default delivery address.
When returning your package to us, please make sure you have included your invoice or a piece of paper with your full name, address and order number, to ensure that our team can process it as quickly as possible.

Lindy Bop: Promotional Terms and Conditions (Free Gift with Purchase)


1.General Overview

Econotrom, S.L. ("Lindy Bop") may offer promotional incentives consisting of one or more free items ("Free Gifts") for orders placed on lindybop.eu. These promotions are subject to availability and the fulfillment of specific purchase requirements.


2. Dynamic Nature of the Promotion

Lindy Bop reserves the right to modify the following at any time and without prior notice:

  • The number of Free Gifts available per qualifying order 
  • The specific items offered as Free Gifts.
  • The minimum purchase threshold (the "Threshold") required to trigger the offer.

The conditions applicable to your order will be those clearly displayed in the cart drawer or at the checkout at the exact time of the transaction.


3. Eligibility and Limits

To qualify, the order subtotal (after discounts and before shipping) must meet the Threshold shown in the cart. Unless otherwise specified, the offer is limited to one (1) set of promotional gifts per order. Free Gifts cannot be exchanged for cash, store credit, or any other products.


4. Returns and the Right of Withdrawal

Free Gifts are provided as an integral part of a contract linked to a minimum spend. If you exercise your right to return items (withdrawal), the following rules apply:

  • Full Returns: If you return your entire order, all Free Gifts included in that order must also be returned.
  • Partial Returns & Thresholds: If you return only part of your order, and the remaining subtotal falls below the original Threshold required for the promotion, the Free Gift(s) must be accounted for.
Options for the Customer: In the event that a return causes the order to no longer meet the promotion requirements, you have two (2) options:
  • Return the Gift: Return the Free Gift(s) in their original, unused condition and packaging along with your other returned items.
  • Keep the Gift: Keep the Free Gift(s) and pay their retail value. In this case, Lindy Bop will automatically deduct the full commercial value of the gift(s) from your total refund amount.

5. Availability and Substitutions

All promotions are "while stocks last." If a specific Free Gift becomes unavailable during the fulfillment process, Lindy Bop reserves the right to substitute it with an item of equal or greater value or to cancel the gift portion of the order without further liability.
