Important Note (US customers):
Due to ongoing changes in international trade regulations in the United States, we can no longer guarantee that orders under 800 USD will be exempt from customs fees or import taxes.
The application of these fees varies by state and is beyond our control.
We strongly recommend contacting your local customs office for the most accurate and up-to-date information before placing an order. Lindy Bop cannot be held responsible for any unexpected charges upon delivery.



REFUND CONDITIONS:

- All products must have their original tags/bags intact (if any).
- When sending a return to our warehouse, customers are responsible for shipping costs and customs fees based on the destination country.
- Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
- Refunds will NOT include shipping costs whenever a return is made for reasons outside our reach (not liking the products, wrong sizing, failed attempted deliveries, etc)

    SHIPPING COSTS FOR RETURNS

    If an order qualified for free shipping by exceeding a specified amount (e.g. €150), and the returned products cause the order value to fall below this threshold, we reserve the right to deduct from the refund the original shipping costs that would have applied under standard order conditions.

    Free shipping only applies if the final value of the items kept by the customer, after any returns, still exceeds the required threshold.

    RETURN PROCESS:

    - Returns must be notified to our team through email at customerservices@lindybop.eu.
    - You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your items for a refund (in some situations, we might ask for proof of shipping to check if it was returned to us inside this time period)
    - We strongly recommend using UPS for returns to avoid issues through customs. Any other local mailing service might not be able to clear the products through customs and we cannot be held responsible if the products are sent back to their sender. If Royal Mail is used, customs fees will have to be paid for before hand; we recommend sending the package through Royal Mail you need to send it as: International Tracked Service.
    - Photos of the products before being sent back can be asked for. 
    - Any return sent to us, without prior notice will not be accepted.
    - Contact us at customerservices@lindybop.eu to initiate the return process.
    - All items must have their original bags/tags and have no signs of use.
    - Proof of the products' condition during return shipping is required in case of loss or damage.
    - Refunds will ONLY be processed once the returned items have arrived to our warehouse in mint condition. 
    - For your own protection, take pictures of the items (before and after preparing them for shipping). This can be used in a dispute if the parcel is lost or damaged during shipment. 
    - It is the customer's responsibility to check and follow the parcel on its way back to us at all times. If the item is sent back to the customer for reasons outside of our reach (not enough documentation provided, shipping fees and/or customs taxes not paid by customer, wrong delivery address provided to the courier, etc), the customer will have to send it a second time to us at their own expense. 
    - Returns must be sent back to our warehouse in Poland. Shipping costs and customs fees are to be paid by the customer. Our warehouse address is as follows:

      - Exchanges must be communicated to our team within 14 working days.
      - All products must have their original tags/bags intact.
      - Customers are responsible for both return and second shipment costs.
      - Refunds are issued only upon receipt of the returned product in our warehouse.
      - In case of product unavailability, a voucher can be requested.


        CANCELLATION POLICY:

        - Orders can only be cancelled if they've not been shipped yet.
        - If the product has been shipped, customers must refuse delivery and wait for the product to be returned to our warehouse before a refund can be processed. In this case, please in mind that the shipping costs will be deducted from your total refund
